  • Phone Call:

    Dallas Janitorial Services will call you to discuss your cleaning requests and schedule an appointment with the appropriate Operations Manager based on your needs.

  • On Site Visit:

    You will meet with an Operations Manager to do an on-site visit to evaluate the work you are wanting performed. After the meeting, the Operations Manager will have a clear understanding of the work you are wanting performed.

  • Cleaning Proposal:

    Our office will email you a cleaning proposal including a scope of work and price. Once you receive the cleaning proposal Via DocuSign (under 2 business days from your on-site visit), please reply to the email, so we know that you have received the cleaning proposal.

  • Follow up:

    Please review the scope of work to ensure the work is exactly what you are looking for. Please let us know what is needing to happen to get the scope of work and price in alignment for approval. If you prefer to communicate by email, please let us know.

    We are wanting to know the preferred way to communicate, and when is an appropriate date and time to follow up. We follow a progressive follow up with our cleaning proposals starting with an email, then moving to a phone calls.

  • Sign Agreement:

    If both, the price and scope of work are what you are looking for. You can go ahead and sign the cleaning proposal (via docusign or print, sign and email back sales@dallasjanitorialservices.com)

    After the cleaning proposal has been signed. The next step is to schedule a time to meet with the Operations Manager and cleaning crew to go over all the fine details of cleaning your facility.

  • Walk-through:

    At this time the Operations Manager will pick up the keys/badges/alarm codes to your facility, go over any areas you want us to pay special attention to, as well as; where can we get cleaning water, where are the replenishing supplies such as (toilet paper, hand paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, etc), where are the light switches located, where is the dumpster located, etc…

  • Customer for life!

    After the cleaning has been performed, an Operations Manager will be stopping by your facility (every 30-45 days) to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. You can have a conversation with them or they can perform a quality control inspection on their own. We will communicate however you prefer.

    We constantly inspecting our own work to ensure we are delivering the work accordingly, we are in the business of keeping our customers for life!

  • Cancellation Policy:

    For rescheduling or appointment cancellations. Please email us at customerservice@dallasjanitorialservices.com with a 24 hour notice. If you can’t make it, it’s best to have someone at the facility show the Dallas Janitorial Estimator your facility to gather some basic information (building measurements), then we can set up a time to discuss the remaining information by phone, revisit or email.
