What happens next

Your DJS roadmap, step by step

  1. Phone Call

    Dallas Janitorial Services will call you to discuss your cleaning requests and schedule an appointment with the appropriate Service Advisor based on your needs.

  2. On-Site Visit

    You will meet with a Service Advisor to do an on-site visit to evaluate the work you are wanting performed. After the meeting, the Service Advisor will have a clear understanding of the work you are wanting performed.

  3. Cleaning Proposal

    Our office will email you a cleaning proposal including a scope of work and price. Once you receive the cleaning proposal via DocuSign (under 2 business days from your on-site visit), please reply to the email so we know you have received it.

  4. Follow Up

    Please review the scope of work to ensure it is exactly what you are looking for. Let us know what needs to happen to get the scope and price into alignment for approval. If you prefer to communicate by email, please let us know.

    We want to know your preferred way to communicate and an appropriate date and time to follow up. We follow a progressive follow-up with our proposals — starting with an email, then moving to phone calls.

  5. Sign Agreement

    If both the price and scope of work are what you are looking for, you can sign the cleaning proposal (via DocuSign, or print, sign and email back to sales@dallasjanitorialservices.com).

    After the proposal has been signed, the next step is to schedule time with the Service Advisor and cleaning crew to go over all the fine details of cleaning your facility.

  6. Walk-Through

    The Service Advisor will pick up the keys, badges and alarm codes to your facility, go over any areas you want us to pay special attention to, and confirm logistics — where to get cleaning water, where replenishing supplies are stored (toilet paper, hand towels, trash bags, hand soap), where light switches are located, where the dumpster is, and more.

  7. Customer for Life

    After cleaning has been performed, an Account Coordinator will stop by your facility every 30–45 days to ensure you are satisfied. You can have a conversation with them or they can perform a quality control inspection on their own — whichever you prefer.

    We constantly inspect our own work to ensure we deliver accordingly. We are in the business of keeping our customers for life.

Approximate square footage, number of restrooms, and how many nights per week you want service.

Flag any special-attention areas

Glass entrances, executive offices, break rooms, medical spaces — anything that needs extra care.

Know your access logistics

Preferred service window, keys / badges / alarm codes, and the best on-site point of contact.
